Terms and Conditions

This is a “Prize Draw” managed and operated by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX (the “Club”).
The Prize Draw allows entrants a chance to win a Tottenham Hotspur Football Club 2025/26 Season home shirt signed by the majority of the Men’s first team (the “Squad”) from the 2025/26 Season (the “Prize”), and is open to participants who enter their details between 10:00am UK time on 11 June 2025 and 23:59pm UK time on 30 June 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
There will be one (1) winner of the Prize who will be chosen at random via a random number generator (the “Winner”).
To enter, participants must complete the entry form accessible at https://tottenhamhotspur-kraken.com/new_season_shirt_giveaway/en/landing (the “Landing Page”).
The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or above on 30 June 2025 that is a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, or United Arab Emirates. The Club reserves the right to require proof of identity, residence and age.
Participants who meet the criteria in paragraphs 4 and 5 will earn one (1) standard entry in the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”).
You are not a guaranteed winner by submitting your details or entering the Prize Draw.
Only one (1) Standard Entry per person is permitted.
Participants may earn an additional ten (10) bonus entries by completing a survey which can be found at the Landing Page (the “Survey”). The Survey must be completed in full and submitted as per instructions provided (“Bonus Entries”). For the avoidance of doubt, completion of the Survey will earn a participant ten (10) Bonus Entries. Multiple survey submissions by the same participant will not result in additional entries.
No payment or purchase is required for either a Standard Entry or Bonus Entries.
The Winner will be notified by the Club by email by 4 July 2025 at 17:00pm UK time.
The Winner will have five (5) business days from the date of notification in accordance with paragraph 11 to respond to the Club as instructed to claim the Prize (the “Deadline”).
If the Winner fails to respond by the Deadline, a new Winner will be selected seven (7) days after the Prize Draw Period has ended. The new Winner must respond to the Club prior to the Deadline, otherwise the terms of this paragraph 13 shall continue until a Winner claims the Prize.
Participants acknowledge and agree that delivery of the Prize to the Winner is subject to: (i) availability and supply from the manufacturer of such 2025/2026 Season kit; and (ii) availability of the Squad for signature, and as such the Prize may not be available to be dispatched to the Winner for a substantial period of time following the close of the Prize Draw Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Club shall ensure that the Prize is delivered prior to 31 December 2025.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees or their families or agents of the Club, Kraken, or its affiliated entities.

The Club accepts no responsibility for: (i) entries not received for whatever reason including those lost, damaged, delayed, unreadable or corrupted; or (ii) any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entries or information caused by a participant or computer error, and no such correspondence will be entered into between participants and the Club and/or its affiliated entities.
The Club reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of it choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The Prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
No cash alternative will be offered to the Winner in replacement for the Prize.
The Prize is not transferrable once it has been assigned by the Club to the Winner.
The following entries are not valid and the Club reserves the right to invalidate entry or to disqualify any entrant that the Club believes (in its sole discretion) are attempting to submit the following entries: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions including any attempts to exceed the maximum number of one (1) Standard Entry and ten (10) Bonus Entries; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning including third party or bulk entries; (iii) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (iv) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; (v) entries received after the close of the Prize Draw Period; or (vi) dishonest entries.

22. The Club may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions or extend the Prize Draw, without notice at any time. The Club may at any time change, terminate, postpone or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw, with or without giving prior notice (for example, if this is necessary due to reasons outside of the Club’s control (including for example if fraud or suspected fraud is identified)).

23. The Club is not liable for failing to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond the Club’s reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example: extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, national mourning, unavoidable accidents, a pandemic, or epidemic, or a change in law or regulation.

If the Winner has an impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the prize then the Club asks that the Winner makes this clear when they claim the Prize so that the Club can seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within our control, based on the circumstances to ensure the Winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.
The Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any Club media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any Prize Draw or any publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
The Club’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered between any entrant and the Club or its affiliate entities. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended, or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the Prize to any Prize Draw entrant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
The Club will not be held responsible for the Winner not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason.
The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

When participating in the Prize Draw and/or completing the Survey, you acknowledge that details provided (including the entrant’s name, email, date of birth and country of residence) will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).
All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information - in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.
If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from Kraken as part of your entry to the Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data shall be shared with Kraken who may process your Personal Data in accordance with their privacy policy (available at https://www.kraken.com/).
