This is a Prize Draw run by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX (the “Club”).
The promotion is a prize draw to win Tottenham Hotspur Football Club home shirt signed by the majority of the men’s first team (the “Prize Draw”), which is open to participants who enter their details between 10:00 UK time on 17 April 2025 and 23:59 UK time on 11 June 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”). The winner will be chosen at random via a random number generator (the “Winner”).
To enter, participants must provide their data via the website form https://tottenhamhotspur-kraken.com/en/spurs-signed-shirt-giveaway/landing and provide their consent to receive marketing from the Club during the Prize Draw Period.
The Prize Draw is open to anyone aged 18 or above on 17 April 2025 that is a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Poland, Germany, Netherland, Australia and United Arab Emirates. Proof of identity may be required.
The deadline for entry into the Prize Draw is 23:59 UK time on 11 June 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
You are not a guaranteed winner by submitting your details.
Only one standard entry per person is permitted.
Participants may earn up to an additional ten (10) bonus entries by completing a survey which can be found at (link to be confirmed) (the “Survey”). The Survey must be completed in full and submitted as per instructions provided. Multiple survey submissions by the same participant will not result in additional entries.
Entry into this promotion, including both the standard entry and bonus entries do not require any purchase or payment.
The Winner will be notified by email on 12 June 2025 at 5pm UK time.
If the Winner fails to respond to outreach by the Club, a new Winner will be selected seven (7) days after the Prize Draw Period has finished.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Club, their subsidiaries, families or agents.

The Club accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered.
The Club reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of it choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
The following entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions including any attempts to exceed the maximum number of eleven (11) entries, comprising of one (1) standard entry and ten (10) bonus entries (ii) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; (iii) entries received after 23:59 UK time on 11 June 2025; (iv) dishonest entries.
The Club reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the Prize Draw from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Club accepts no responsibility for (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
If the Winner has an impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the prize then the Club asks that the Winner makes this clear when they claim the prize so that the Club can consult with the Winner well in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within our control, based on the circumstances to ensure the Winner can enjoy the prize to the fullest extent.
The Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name and disclosure of county of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any Club media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any Prize Draw or any publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
The Club’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended, or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the prize to any Prize Draw entrant.
To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
The Club will not be held responsible for the Winner not taking advantage of the prizes due to health or any other reason.
The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

When participating in the Prize Draw and / or completing the Survey, you acknowledge that details provided (including the Winner’s name, email, date of birth and country of residence) will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).
All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information - in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.
If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from Kraken as part of your entry to the Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data shall be shared with Kraken who may process your Personal Data in accordance with their privacy policy (available at https://www.kraken.com/).
